I love Dr. Kandil! She is the only doctor at UTSW that has really cared about my pain (physical pain and nerve pain) post mastectomy. She is so knowledgable about pain management. She always has time for me. I have biweekly telehealth visits with her where she listens to what has been happening and puts together a plan for me. And then she tweaks it until we get it right. She is sensitive to my desire to NOT be on a bunch of opiods (and in fact gives speechs about the opiod crisis) and finds other ways to treat my pain. She also coordinates with my other breast cancer doctors as appropriate. Highly recommend!

If there was less than one star, I would rate negative stars on this doctor!!!
She is cold and uncaring. She will not listen and just doesn't care, even when someone is in obvious pain. I have never met someone so unfeeling!
